IMG LIVE worked with WME | IMG and Turner Broadcasting to form a first-of-its-kind professional eSports league. The entire league was broadcast on Twitch and highlighted by a Friday night broadcast on TBS for the 10-week season.
With the explosion of popularity of eSports, the joint venture looked to provide new ways to help fans enjoy the games they love by broadcasting it on digital and TV, while also working to make the game accessible to new fans.
