As the President of IMG LIVE, Bryan Icenhower is a strategic catalyst in shaping the direction of the client’s brands and properties. Having worked on the agency, brand and property side for over fifteen years, Bryan is a true innovator in designing results oriented experiential campaigns that build on a deep understanding of the consumer.
A respected and trusted marketing veteran, Bryan brings a wealth of experience in creating and directing award-winning experiential initiatives for clients. In his leadership role, Bryan has worked with many of the world’s largest and most powerful brands to create award winning platforms that generate buzz and encourage sales. He has guided his marketing team to provide numerous cutting edge marketing solutions in the LIVE environment that consistently engages consumers, drives brand objectives, and builds brands. Bryan’s work history scans most of the major properties and platforms within the Sports and Entertainment fields.
Prior to joining IMG, Bryan worked for SFX Entertainment and managed the Marketing Solutions department in the development of strategic partnerships and marketing solutions for clients across their global sports, music and live theater assets. Prior to SFX, Bryan worked both for and with The Coca-Cola Company developing experiential marketing campaigns for their broad portfolio of brands. Bryan started his marketing career at Adidas America working as a Field Sales and Marketing representative.
Jim is responsible for developing strategic opportunities for brands to positively impact consumers through live engagements. He acts as lead liaison between client, agency partners and third party vendors, and is accountable for all consumer-facing communication and activities, in-market deadlines, all financial management and the overall success of each program. During his career Jim has implemented experiential programs with a wide range of clients and high-profile properties, recent examples include: USAA, Symantec, Kia, Kraft, Shell, Motorola, HGTV, NBA, NFL, USTA and the Komen Foundation. Many of his programs have received industry awards and accolades.
Before joining IMG LIVE, Jim spent 6 years as Vice President – Management Supervisor at Aspen Marketing and two years as EVP of Activation at BigHeads Network.
Jim is also the GM of our New York office.
Joe brings over 15 years of brand, consumer and sponsorship marketing experience to IMG LIVE. A proven leader and award winning producer, he has worked in nearly every facet of the sports, entertainment and experiential business and has highly refined skills in strategic planning, business development, creative design, sponsorship activation, account services and production.
Prior to joining IMG LIVE, Joe was the Sr. Director of Marketing for Turner Sports. While at Turner Broadcasting, he oversaw the consumer marketing for Turner’s sports properties including NBA, MLB, PGA, NASCAR and NASCAR.COM. Joe spent 10-seasons with the Atlanta Braves serving various roles within the Braves marketing department in Corporate Sales, Community Affairs, Advertising and Publicity. He was Director of Marketing for the Atlanta Braves from 2005-2007.
Joe also serves as an Advisory Board Member for the American Marketing Association- Atlanta Chapter, POSSE Atlanta Leadership Council, and a Teach For America Guest Speaker. A graduate of the University of Richmond, Joe was a scholarship student-athlete in tennis.
Susan leads our award-winning Atlanta based business with over 18 years of experience in event marketing, sales incentives, promotions and public relations. A creative and resourceful leader, Susan is responsible for driving revenue for Fortune 500 clients through strategic and innovative live experiences, while providing definitively measureable results. Throughout her career Susan has worked with such clients as The Coca-Cola Company, Wal-Mart, MTV, AT&T, Regions Bank, Volkswagen, DIRECTV and Symantec. Susan is also the GM of our Atlanta office.
His team of Production experts are meticulous and highly skilled operators, who construct, manage and execute cost-efficient programs on the ground for IMG LIVE’s clients. Hiring, managing logistics, event reporting, and inventory management are just a few of the details that Josh and his team perform throughout the year at our 6,500+ event days.
During his twelve-year career in the events and logistics business, Josh has participated in each aspect of field operations management. This experience has offered him keen industry insight, rich resources, strong vendor relationships and profound wisdom on the best way to manage costs and deliver excellence at the ground for our clients. Josh has developed an innovative and collaborative project timeline process that ensures that all parties involved are up to date on key project deliverables. His team follows strict hiring practices to identify, screen, test and train our client’s brand ambassadors. (This process includes thorough background checks and requires all drivers to become DOT compliant). His team also manages maintenance of the field vehicles along with warehousing of client’s assets in the 20,000 sq ft training and warehousing facility.
During his career, Josh has built his reputation as a hard-working and highly respected professional in our industry. He is a master of logistics, project management and the discipline of strong account service. Josh has served with two major agencies. While working for Momentum and IMG LIVE, Josh has worked with blue chip clients and properties including The Coca-Cola Company, USAA, DIRECTV, Coca-Cola Recycling, Symantec, Snyder’s Pretzels, AMEX, Polaris Industries, NASCAR, NHRA, MLB, NFL, NBA, NCAA, and Wal-Mart.
A creative visionary, Patrick guides the strategy and visualization of IMG LIVE’s experiential design solutions. His work is well-rooted and diverse, spanning 18+ years of service on both the corporate and agency side of the business. In addition to his current role directing creative services for LIVE, Patrick has previously held leadership posts in event management & production, account services, brand marketing & communications and consumer promotions. Over the past 10 years, he has led the launch of two award-winning design departments and helped clients garner recognition across more than a dozen industries including EX Awards, PRO Awards, Reggies, EventTech Awards and Addy’s. Prior to joining IMG LIVE in 2010, Patrick worked in the consumer promotions department for The Coca-Cola Company and played a key role in growing a startup experiential marketing agency into a $16-million dollar firm. He’s a former All-American Division I scholar-athlete, a recipient of the Great Midwest Conference Male Athlete of the Year Award, and an inductee of the Saint Louis University Athletic Hall of Fame. If you ask Patrick, he’ll tell you the reason why he loves what he does is simple: “The experiential industry is magic. Everyday I get to see people making a connection to something greater. Whether it’s a cause, a community, a solution, a purpose, etc., my job is to create events that inspire people to discover and share a connection with others.”
Joe is a proven leader and an award winning producer with over 27 years of sports, event and experiential marketing expertise. He has worked in nearly every facet of the business and has highly refined skills in client service, strategic planning, sponsorship negotiation and activation, new business development, creative services, environmental design and mobile marketing. Joe can visualize big events and then staff, direct and orchestrate the on-site program implementation of this vision. Joe possesses an understanding of the sponsorship landscape across many properties and has extensive experience working with corporate partners, athletes, governing bodies and corporate and consumer events.
His journey allowed him to activate brands at the Olympic Games, oversee a few sports television productions, manage several NCAA Sports properties including National Championship Opening Ceremonies and he also served as the Executive Producer for Bracket Town (Men’s Final Four fan experience). His passion for this business is expressed in his work – by delivering exceptional client solutions that show measurable results against specific objectives.
Joe was a scholarship student-athlete in baseball and enjoys coaching his boys youth baseball teams. He actively serves others thru the Denver Dream Center, on organization committed to rescuing people, rebuilding lives and restoring dreams.
