IMG LIVE and FUSION Bring Home Top Honors at the 2016 Ex Awards

Denver (May 4, 2016) – Just a couple short weeks after announcing their acquisition by WME | IMG, FUSION and IMG LIVE share an award-winning spotlight at the 2016 Ex Awards.

Winners were announced Wednesday as the two agencies sat side by side at the Ex Awards Gala (the event industry’s “Golden Globes”) in Denver’s Colorado Convention Center. The Ex Awards (link to http://www.eventmarketer.com/article/2016-ex-awards-winners/) is the world’s largest recognition program for experiential marketing, drawing more than 800 entries from around the globe across 23 categories. 

IMG LIVE came away with two pieces of hardware, including the top Ex Award in the Single-Market Event category (consumer facing) for Prudential’s 4.01K Race for Retirement, a collaboration between IMG LIVE and Droga5 .

Also receiving recognition was Marriott International’s #AppYourService event, which took home Gold in the Best Use of Guerilla / Street Marketing category.

FUSION garnered a Silver Ex in the highly competitive Best Mobile Marketing Tour category, earning recognition for Anheuser-Busch’s Bud & Burgers campaign.
